Can I add the same image to the backside of my photo accessory?
Yes. Some SnapTotes products have this option. Depending on the bag you choose, there is an additional $10-15
fee to place your image on both sides of the bag. Simply choose the two-sided option when ordering the bag
and upload the same image twice.
Can I put a different image of each side of the bag?
There is an option on most bags to include an image on both sides of the bag. This option cost an additional
$10 to $15 depending on the bag style. If you select this option, you will be asked to upload two images.

Can I put multiple images on one side of a bag?
If you have a photo editing program, like PhotoShop, you can combine several photos into one image
that is at least 1024 x 768 pixels or greater and we will gladly print it on a bag for you. Save
the file as a .jpg file and upload it. You can also choose our collage service for an additional
fee and upload up to 12 images per bag and we will custom build you a collage.
Can I see my picture cropped on the bag?
If you are uploading you images you will have the opportunity to crop your images and proof them on the bag on
screen. If you are mailing your images to us you may request to see your image cropped and we will forward a
cropped image to you for approval. Simply request to see a proof when you are mailing in your picture.

Can I submit any image?
You may submit any image as long at it is your own personal property or you have obtained the right or
permission to reproduce it. By ordering a SnapTotes bag you confirm that you own the rights to the image(s)
or have obtained relevant permission(s) to use the image(s) prior to submitting an order. SnapTotes will not
be held responsible for any discrepancies involving the license holder and the customer who submits the photograph.
Can my image be changed from Color to Sepia or Black and White?
If you are uploading you images you will have the opportunity to edit your image, where there will be a
tool available for you to change the color of your picture to black and white, sepia and several other color effects.
If you are mailing your images to us you may request that we change your image to Black and White and we will
edit the image at no charge.
Can you eliminate the red eye effect on my images?
If you are uploading you images you will have the opportunity to edit your image, where there will be a tool
available for you to eliminate the red eye effect. This tool typically works very well for people but not animals.

image at no charge.
Can SnapTotes enhance the image that I provide?
SnapTotes can fix some simple problems with images such as red eye, dust from scans, etc. Major retouching is done
on an as requested basis. If you would like us to make changes to your image, simply include your request or
instructions in the shipping information comments field. Orders that do not include specific requests will not be
enhanced.
How are images cropped and sized?
If you are uploading you images you will have the opportunity to crop your images and proof them on the bag on
screen. If you would prefer us to crop your image, you can pay an additional fee ($5.95) for SnapTotes designers
will crop and size your images to fit the construction of the bag.
What type of image file do I need to send?
All images should be at least 4" x 6" in size. If you have a digital image, please upload the photo as a .jpg file.
Make sure the image is saved at a minimum of 1024 x 768 pixels or more. The file size should be a minimum of 200KB
and a maximum of 2MB. A minimum 2 Megapixel digital camera is required. Click here for

If you would prefer to send something by mail, your photo(s) will be returned to you; however, we cannot be
responsible for photos that are damaged or lost. The photo that you send in via the mail must be an actual photo,
not a photocopy or print. Only scans from traditional photo paper are acceptable. Do not send scans reproduced from
laser, inkjet or bubble jet printer/copiers. Scan all prints at 300 DPI and save as a .JPG file type.
